The Capital District Kiwanis Midyear Conference will be held March 8-10, 2024 at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, West Virginia, a gorgeous 4100-acre property in the lap of the Appalachian Mountains. This is our first Capital District Kiwanis event to be set in West Virginia and we couldn’t be more excited to have you join us there!

Capital District Kiwanis has negotiated a rate of $145.00/night (INCLUSIVE of tax and resort fee) for sleeping rooms through a cut-off date of February 14, 2024 at The Resort at Glade Springs.
Given the different types of rooms available at The Resort at Glade Springs, Capital District Kiwanis will be managing hotel rooms reservations directly with the resort. When you fill out your conference registration form, you will pay for your resort room with your conference registration fee at the same time and you will indicate:

If you want to your room (in the villas, lodges or manor houses) grouped with others in your club, division, region.
There are 5 primary room types that will be available:
Deluxe King/Queen Rooms in The Inn (where the Kiwanis sessions will take place)
Executive Suites (1 King) located steps away from The Inn
Oak Lane Villas (3 Bedroom Villas with a common kitchen & living area) located near The Inn (accessible by guest vehicle or resort shuttle)
Chestnut Hill Lodge (4 Bedroom Units with a common kitchen & living area) located near The Inn (accessible by guest vehicle or resort shuttle)
Manor House Floor (4 Bedroom with a common kitchen & living area) located near The Inn (accessible by guest vehicle or resort shuttle)
Every effort will be made to accomodate your request for room type, however, preference for rooms within the Inn will be given to those that have an established need.
Kiwanis Member Early Package Registration rate available through February 8, 2024 is $175 (a $30 savings over a la carte registration) – which includes all conference materials and sessions including 5 meals (Friday Dinner/Bowling, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Breakfast). After February 8th, the package price will increase to $200.
Kiwanis Member a la carte registration is $35.00 through February 8, 2024 and will increase to $45.00 after that. Meals can be purchased separately for Kiwanis members and their guests:
