Fall 2026 Key Leader Pre-Registration

Key Leader is a transformational weekend leadership program designed to help high school students discover what it means to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Through engaging workshops, team-building activities, meaningful discussions, and opportunities for personal reflection, participants strengthen their leadership skills while learning how they can make a positive difference in their schools, communities, and beyond.

The Capital District’s Fall 2026 Key Leader weekend will be held November 13–15, 2026, at the Skelton 4-H Educational Conference Center in Wirtz, Virginia. Surrounded by fellow student leaders in a welcoming and supportive environment, participants will build new friendships, step outside their comfort zones, and return home better prepared to lead and serve. Whether a student already holds a leadership position or is just beginning to recognize their potential, Key Leader offers an unforgettable weekend of growth, connection, and inspiration.
