The Capital District Kiwanis Foundation supports over 150 local Kiwanis clubs through providing scholarships, grants and other financial supports to these clubs. In addition, the Foundation provides donations to 11 pediatric trauma hospitals in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. The Ducky Derby contest is a major source of funding for these efforts.
Winners will be drawn at the Capital District Kiwanis Convention in Portsmouth in August. You do not have to be present to win, and ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
