Please join us in congratulating our Member of the Month for April 2024, Mic Platt of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Hilton!Mic serves as a Zone Administrator for Capital District Key Club, serving as an excellent resource for Lieutenant Governors, Faculty Advisors, and club members. His service is truly remarkable, and he was honored with the Scott Hunter Award by the Capital District Key Club Board at District Convention in April. In addition, he serves as a Faculty Advisor for Key Club at Woodside High School, where he teaches, and leads them in impactful projects, such as raising $2500 for Special Olympics through a Polar Plunge. Congratulations to the Waynesboro Kiwanis Club, our April 2024 Club Spotlight! This is a club that knows how to make service FUN, and they stay busy! From hosting a successful murder mystery fundraiser to a carnival theme pancake breakfast, these members know how to have a good time working for a good cause. They are active in working with their local Key Clubs, and even offer grants for organizations in their area to give back to the community. We thank you all for everything you are doing to improve the world one child and one community at a time. #KidsNeedKiwanis ... See MoreSee Less
