Club Delegates
At our district convention this August, each club in good standing, shall be entitled to seat up to three (3) delegates, two (2) of whom should be the club president and president-designate. All club delegates shall be active members of the clubs they represent.
The results of this form will be used to produce Delegate Passes which will be included in the registration envelopes of club and at-large delegates.
Exhibiting at Convention
If your club would like to exhibit a project that your are proud of and want to share with other clubs in the Capital District, please sign up for an exhibit table at the convention at no cost. You can sign-up, by sending an email to Exhibits Chairperson Mike Lewis.
Hotel Information
Capital District Kiwanis has negotiated a rate of $139.00/night ($158.46 including tax) for sleeping rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis through August 6, 2026. To make sleeping room reservations, please click here.
Registration Information
Kiwanis Early Bird Package Registration rate of $250.00 is good through July 25, 2025 – which includes all conference materials, Friday Casino Night with Hors d’oeuvres, and all 4 ticketed general meal sessions (Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Breakfast). This package rate will increase to $275.00 after July 25th.
There is no registration fee for non-Kiwanian guests attending with a registered Kiwanis member. Couples who are both Kiwanis members must register separately.
Kiwanis members/guests who are not coming for the entire weekend can register a la carte for the sessions they would like to attend:
A la carte Registration ($60 / $80 after July 25, 2026) – This will allow attendance to all sessions other than Casino Night and the general sessions and allow the a la carte selection of meals:
After August 15th, Online Registration will close and there will be no on-site registration. Don’t delay…..register today!

District Polo Shirt
Our official Capital District polo shirt is red with the American flag on the left shoulder. The Kiwanis logo as well as the Capital District Kiwanis wordmark are embroidered on the left chest below the flag.
The shirt is available in both men’s and ladies sizes and the cost for the shirt will be $45.00 for sizes S-XL, $50 for 2XL and $55 for 3XL.

Cancellation Information
Cancellation of sleeping room accommodations must be done by 5pm ET three days (72-hours) prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation of convention registration/meals must be done by August 15th in writing (by email to [email protected]). No refunds will be provided after this date.

Club Delegates

In order to certify your club delegates (after they have been elected by the club membership), please have the Club President or Secretary complete this form as soon as possible, but no later than August 8th. There will be no on-site credentials certification.
