Club Delegates
At our district convention this August, each club in good standing, shall be entitled to seat up to three (3) delegates, two (2) of whom should be the club president and president-designate. All club delegates shall be active members of the clubs they represent.
The results of this form will be used to produce Delegate Passes which will be included in the registration envelopes of club and at-large delegates.
Hotel Information
Capital District Kiwanis has negotiated a rate of $124.00/night ($141.67 including tax) for sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel through July 31, 2025. To make sleeping room reservations, please click here.
Registration Information
Kiwanis Early Bird Package Registration rate of $200 is good through July 25, 2025 – which includes all conference materials, Friday Night Activity and sessions including 5 ticketed meal sessions (Friday Baseball Night, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Breakfast). This package rate will increase to $225 after July 25th.
There is no registration fee for non-Kiwanian guests attending with a registered Kiwanis member. Couples who are both Kiwanis members must register separately.
Kiwanis members/guests who are not coming for the entire weekend can register a la carte for the sessions they would like to attend:
A la carte Registration ($40) – This will allow attendance to all sessions other than meal sessions and allow the a la carte selection of meals:

Cancellation of sleeping room accommodations must be done by 6pm ET two days (48-hours) prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation of convention registration/meals must be done by August 15th in writing (by email to [email protected]). No refunds will be provided after this date.

In order to certify your club delegates (after they have been elected by the club membership), please have the Club President or Secretary complete this form as soon as possible, but no later than August 8th. There will be no on-site credentials certification.
