Hotel Information

Capital District Kiwanis has negotiated a rate of $125.00/night ($141.88 including tax) for sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa And Marina in Cambridge, MD through February 13, 2025. To make sleeping room reservations, please click here.


Registration Information

Kiwanis Early Bird Package Registration rate of $170 is good through February 6, 2025 – which includes all conference materials, including 5 ticketed meal sessions (Friday Night, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Breakfast). After February 6th, package registration increases to $200.

There is no registration fee for non-Kiwanian guests attending with a registered Kiwanis member. Couples who are both Kiwanis members must register separately.

Kiwanis members/guests who are not coming for the entire weekend can register a la carte for the sessions they would like to attend:

  • A la carte Registration ($35) – This will allow attendance to all sessions other than meal sessions and allow the a la carte selection of meals:
    • Friday Dinner ($44)
    • Saturday Breakfast ($25)
    • Saturday Fellowship Luncheon ($28)
    • Saturday Governor’s Banquet ($44)
    • Sunday Inspirational Breakfast ($25)

After February 21, 2025, Online Registration will close and there will be no on-site registration. Don’t delay…..register today!

Cancellation Information

Cancellation of sleeping room accommodations must be done by 6pm ET two days (48-hours) prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation of convention registration/meals must be done by February 21, 2025 in writing (by email to [email protected]). No refunds will be provided after this date.
