Registration Information
Kiwanis Early Bird Package Registration rate of $200 is good through February 7, 2025 – which includes all conference materials, including 5 ticketed meal sessions (Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Breakfast). After February 7th, package registration increases to $225.
There is no registration fee for non-Kiwanian guests attending with a registered Kiwanis member. Couples who are both Kiwanis members must register separately.
Kiwanis members/guests who are not coming for the entire weekend can register a la carte for the sessions they would like to attend:

Service Project – Baltimore Read Aloud Book Donation
For our service project this year, we are partnering with Baltimore Read Aloud to provide books to children who otherwise may not have access to them. We are requesting attendees either bring a book to MidYear for donation or purchase through the link below.
Even if you do not intend to attend MidYear, anyone can participate thanks to the online ordering option.
According to data provided by Baltimore Read Aloud, kids who grow up in homes without books have a literacy rate 50% below average. In Baltimore, only 24% of students are proficient in reading (English Language Arts).
While you may bring any book to donate, please visit this site and click “Preview the Curated List” to see the books that are specifically requested.
Cancellation Information
Cancellation of sleeping room accommodations must be done by 6pm ET two days (48-hours) prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation of convention registration/meals must be done by February 21, 2025 in writing (by email to [email protected]). No refunds will be provided after this date.

This year’s conference is from February 28-March 02, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort in Cambridge, MD, a gorgeous 342-acre waterfront resort and spa near Chesapeake Bay!
This is our first Capital District Kiwanis event to be set in Cambridge and we couldn’t be more excited to have you join us there! Our theme this year is “Elevate Our Impact” mirroring Governor Josh’s theme for the year! There will be engaging speakers, educational workshops, Disney Music Bingo, and a literacy focused service project!
Don't forget to apply for the 2024 Teenager of the Year award! Students may apply by January 31 at 5pm. Students do not have to be a member of a Key Club to apply.
