A task force was appointed in September 2022 to analyze the balance of club assignments to divisions within the Capital District. The divisional recommendations of the task force were approved by the Board of Trustees on January 28, 2023. The final recommendation by the task force for regional restructuring was approved on March 3, 2023. These changes will go into effect on October 1, 2023.
